​​#20RA SHAFT ALIGNMENT KIT
Our model #20RA SHAFT ALIGNMENT SYSTEM was developed for smaller motor-pump equipment where space may be at a premium.
​​
This compact design comes with every component necessary to align machinery having shaft sizes from 3/4" to 3-1/2" in diameter. Short-length frames come with a single hole that accepts the tubing that will harbor the dial indicator assembly, making them ideal for motor-pump installations with cramped quarters where space is at a premium.
​
The included alignment frames (5/8" thick) are precision-milled from rigid and durable 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring flat and square surface contact between the frame and the shaft so your dial indicator readings are precise.

The minimum distance from the mounted surface to the base plate of the equipment. Allows for full rotation of the shaft and coupling assembly with the alignment tool mounted.

Our model #30RA SHAFT ALIGNMENT SYSTEM was developed for larger motor & pump equipment installations where longer spans across the coupling may be required.
​
This more robust design comes with every component necessary to align machinery having shaft sizes from 3/4" to 5-3/4" in diameter, and allows for a wider array of configurations thanks to the triple-hole frame design. Giving each of the dial indicator assemblies their own mounting tube decreases the indicator "SAG," which is the deflection of the dial indicator due to gravity alone.
These alignment frames (3/4" thick) are also precision-milled from rigid and durable 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring flat and perpendicular surface contact between the frame and the shaft so your dial indicator readings are as accurate as possible.
