Returns and Refunds Policies:

1. Products will be accepted for return only if:

(a) they are returned within 60 days from the invoice date.

(b) they are returned in saleable condition as determined by Peterson Alignment Tools Co.

(c) they are returned freight prepaid.

2. Returns will be accepted with prior approval only; an RMA (return merchandise authorization) must be assigned by Peterson Alignment Tools Co., and:

(a) within 30 days of invoice date, credit or a refund will be issued.

(b) within 31-60 days of invoice date, only CREDITS to the customer's account will be

issued.

(c) No returns will be accepted after 60 days of invoice date.

3. All returns are subject to a possible 28% restocking fee.

4. Special, bulk, or discontinued product orders are not returnable.
